Jenni is happy to provide Gluten-free products and loves to design and create specialty cakes for birthdays, weddings and celebrations of all kinds. You should also know that we don’t use any preservatives, additives or chemicals in any of our creations. Hamilton Bread Co. is open from 6:30am-6:00pm Tues-Sat and from 6:30am-3:00pm on Sundays.


Although we are very careful, clean and cautious while making your gluten-free products, they are produced in a facility also producing wheat products.

Pain au Cereales Light bread with a seed mix added at the end of the mixing process to keep the texture of the seeds. Seed mix includes sesame seeds, millet, and flax seeds, and more. 4.25
Pain de Campagne French country bread made with bread flour, whole wheat flour, and rye meal. This is a rustic cross between a wheat and white bread. 3.50
Ciabatta Traditional Italian bread has a higher water content that gives it a light airy feel, and a chewy texture. 4 ingredients (flour, water, salt, yeast)! 2.95
Olive Bread Ciabatta dough with Kalamata olives folded into the dough, just enough olives to taste them without being overpowering. 3.49

Pain au Lait Our version of white bread, made with eggs, butter, milk, and honey. It is richer tasting bread than traditional white bread. 3.85
Country Rye Rustic French bread made with regular white flour, rye flour, and rye meal with caraway seeds added in the end to give it distinct rye flavor. 3.70
Baguette Crunchy, airy, and flavorful, made with only 4 ingredients (flour, water, yeast, and salt). Shaped into traditional long loaf with 5 score marks giving the bread its unforgettable look. 1.93
Brioche A very rich bread made with tons of eggs and butter to give it its distinct yellow tint. This bread is considered by some "fancy" but please give it a try, it's a GREAT piece of bread! 4.25
Cinnamon Raisin or Apple Brioche Brioche rolled out and twisted with cinnamon sugar and soaked raisins or apples. As if brioche couldn't get any better! 1.99 per slice, 6.95 for loaf

 

All of our breads, except brioche, are made with a starter to add great flavor to the bread. It is a mix of flour, water, and a little bit of yeast and we allow it to ferment for 12 hours before adding it to our doughs. Make sure to smell the bread before you bite!
We only use unbleached, never bromated flour; and we don't add ascorbic acid to any of our breads!!
